Eleven and a half hours on a plane, thinking about Kayla, thinking about the thieves that stole her, Zerina has fallen asleep holding my hand, but I’ve been awake the whole time. When our plane landed Samantha put her arm around my waist and Zerina put her arm around my shoulder. They both sniffed.

“I know that smell!” Samantha threw her hands over her mouth. “I-it’s…”

Kayla appeared out of flames all beaten up and unconscious.

“KAYLA” I ran to her but she disappeared with the flames again.

“So here you all are,” I familiar voice echoed from behind us “my little sister, the wolf slut, the wolf sluts sister, and the best friend of the child!” It’s Daniel! His grin was evil! Very evil!

“Give me back my daughter” I demanded, Samantha fell to her knees, Daniel walked over to her.

“Now, why would I do that,” he slapped Samantha over her head “after all she is….” he looked over at Nala, “my daughter too!” Susake pulled her sword and attacked him. His body turned to flames and the sword went through him. He kicked Samantha in the stomach. “I’ll make you a deal, if you all give me your dragon magic, I’ll spare Kayla’s life, but, for everyone of you who refuses, I’ll torture her in a different way til she’s dead!” Nala’s eyes widened!

“You can’t do that! She’s all I have!” Nala’s eyes were filled with tears “You greedy, selfish, bastard!”

“Deal with her, Roxi!” Daniel waved his hand as her disappeared into flames. Roxi appeared from the earth, she smiled wickedly at me, then Roni and Maxien. Maxien looked terrified, Roni looked absolutely angry.

“We got this guys, just stay back!” Roni demanded. Her hands were bawled up into fists, lightning surrounding them.

“Hm, Roniara Zapps, my old friend, my companion, my lightning dragon.” Roxi is the second leader of Andri, an evil guild/island.

“Roxiaurus Stone!” She glared, at her, “I’ve learned new spells, so don’t think I’m the absolutely the same!” Roni was completely surrounded by lightning. Maxien let her hair down.

“I hope Monika’s ok,” I heard Maxien mutter. Monika is Roni’s twin sister. “Iron dragon club!” Her arm turned completely to iron, she raised her arm, and slammed it down onto Roxi. Roxi lifted up the heavy iron arms and slammed them to the side of her and took a step toward Roni. “Iron dragon roar!” She roared iron from her mouth and hit Roxi with full blast. Only a few scratches were put on her. Maxien’s eyes widened, she started to shake her hair “Iron dragon Secret Art, Blade Hair!” Her hair extended and the tips turned into really sharp long blades, she swung her hair towards Roxi! Roxi screamed deeply. She was bleeding badly, but, still standing, she smiled evilly at Maxien. Maxien was out of breath, and magic energy, her hair went back to the mid-back length it was and she collapse to the floor.

“My turn!” Roni put her fists together and held them against her mouth. “With the dragon of lightning, Blitz, by my side, I ask you lend me your strength in battle, and help me win the fight!” She looked up to the sky as lightning struck her down. She laughed. “Now,” she pointed to Roxi, “let’s go!” Roni smiled and ran towards Roxi with full force,punching her straight in the face. Roxi fell to her knees but got back up and pointed out to Roni. A bunch of rocks from behind her came flying towards Roni. “Lightning dragon, Roar!” Lightning blasted out of her mouth and directly hit Roxi, making Roxi fly back a couple hundred feet, felling onto her back and unable to get up. “Remember this, I’m not your puppet anymore! You can’t control or beat me anymore!” She stood over her.

“F off!” Roxi Growled as she disappeared into the ground. Roni looked back at us.

“What’re you all loser’s lookin’ at!” She growled. I giggled and she started to blush. “What! What’s so funny!?!” I shock my head, and smiled. “Liar” she grumbled. That’s the power of a dragon slayer, they never give up until magic energy is completely drained, or in Roni’s case… she never gives up, even after her magic energy is drained. They all have the ability of secret art, as Maxien did, she can use blade hair since she’s the iron dragon slayer. Roni has, thunderstorm strike. Samantha has brilliant flames. Zerina has shadowed light. And Cameron has the opposite, lightened shadows. Nala and Kayla haven’t figured out there’s yet.

We all started walking to the hotel we were going to stay at. The desk lady asked how many rooms we wanted, I said four. She gave us our keys. We all went to our separate rooms in groups. Maxien and Roni. Cameron and Samantha. Nala and Susake. Zerina and I. I unpacked my clothes and put them in the left dresser. Zerina put her clothes in the right.

“It’s gonna be ok, I promise we’ll get Kayla back, and Daniel will get what he deserves.” Zerina looked down. “It was Zach’s promise to me, now it’s my promise to you”

“Ze, it’s ok, I want to do this on my own, I’ve laid it off for 13 long years, it’s about time I face my demons by myself, and actually try. I can’t give in to him anymore. He can’t be my weakness anymore” I smiled softly. I heard Zerina sniffle softly, I looked over at her. “Ze?”

“He hurt three people I love! He can’t get away with this…” she cried, she’s never cried like this before, I guess with losing dementrix she lost her tough side. But I love her either way.

“It’ll be ok, I promise. Do I ever break my promises?” I squeezed her hand softly. She shook her head slowly, then she leaned her head on my shoulder and I stroked her hair.

Zerina soon fell asleep on my shoulder, so I carried her to the bed and laid her down. I went to my bed and laid down as well. I couldn’t slow my train of thought, I want Kayla back, so badly! I’m going to fight for her! Do anything I can, even if I die, I’ll make sure she’s safe. I promise everyone, she’ll come home!
